EXCERPTS FROM TRUMAN BETHURUM'S PERSONAL SCRAPBBOOK

In 1982, Robert C.Girard issued under the Arcturus Books Service imprint, a reproduction of fifties contactee Truman Bethurum's own scrapbook. The scrapbook had been purchased by Mr.Girard from a Georgia bookseller named Judith Long, who in turn had obtained it from a Michigan bookseller named Albert Clegg. Mr.Clegg informed Robert Girard, in a letter, that he'd got the scrapbook along with misc. UFO materials from a Mr.Floyd Slate, who had known Truman Bethurum, and later become a cook on John Wayne's yacht.
